Approx 1 pound brussel sprouts
3 TBS olive oil
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
dash of garlic
Cut off end of each brussel sprout and dispose. Cut each brussel sprout in half and remove core. (core is bitter) Place brussel sprouts in plastic bag with other ingredients and shake. Place in pan and cook in 350 oven for 30 minutes, turning every 5 to 7 minutes. When done, brussel sprouts should be brown.
I found this recipe on allrecipes.com. The whole family was skeptical, but ended up loving them.

Cheese Ball
1 pound bacon
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 green onion, chopped
1 cup chopped pecans
In a large skillet, fry the bacon. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels. Chop or break the cooled bacon into small pieces. (put in baggie and use a rolling pin. Works like a charm!)
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, bacon, mayonnaise, and green onions. When mixed well, form 2 balls out of the mixture. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, roll the cheese balls in chopped pecans.
This recipe is amazing! It is the best cheese ball that I've ever had and it's irresistibly addicting! I halved the recipe and made only one cheese ball. It didn't last long!
Fruit Dip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (can use any kind of nut)
Beat together cream cheese, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer. Stir in walnuts. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
I received this recipe from my mother-in-law. It is super delicious!
Honey Dijon Ham
1/3 cup honey
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon water
Place ham on a greased rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Combine honey, mustard, and sugar; brush about 3 tablespoons over ham. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 140 degrees and ham is heated through. Stir into remaining glaze; heat through and serve with the ham.
I cooked my ham in a crock pot. I mixed all of the ingredients together and poured over the ham. I cooked it on low for about 5 hours, occasionally stirring the glaze and putting it on top of the ham. This turned out delicious! It was so yummy and my best ham yet!
