2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup chicken broth
rice
toppings: pineapple, cucumber, peas, corn, onion, tomatoes, olives, grated cheese, chow mein noodles, etc.
Place chicken in the bottom of a crock pot. Mix cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and chicken broth together and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Cut up chicken into smaller pieces. Serve over rice and top with favorite toppings.
